FIRST WONDER LEARNING LAB
Learning Platform Terms

Parent-managed use
A parent or guardian creates and manages the Learning Lab account and is responsible for child profiles created under that account. Children should use the service with the level of adult supervision stated for the relevant kit or activity.
Learning access
Core First Wonder Learning Lab access is intended to accompany First Wonder learning products without a separate learning subscription. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of learning access.
Physical safety comes first
Follow the instructions, age guidance, power-source limits, quantities, warnings and supervision requirements supplied for the specific kit and mission. Stop an activity if a component overheats, smokes, is damaged, or if a chemistry activity behaves unexpectedly. When the instructions call for adult help, get an adult before continuing.
AI Tutor limitations
The First Wonder AI Tutor is a learning aid, not a replacement for the printed safety instructions, a responsible adult, medical advice or emergency services. AI responses can be incomplete or mistaken. When a tutor response conflicts with the approved kit instructions, the approved kit instructions take priority.
Account responsibility
Keep parent account credentials and child PINs private. Do not use another family's account or attempt to interfere with the Learning Lab, its security controls or other users' data.
Content and availability
First Wonder may improve, correct, replace or retire learning content as products are updated. Online features may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, technical problems or service-provider interruptions.
Educational purpose
First Wonder aims to develop hands-on practice in observation, persistence, problem-solving, building and explaining. The Learning Lab does not guarantee school grades, intelligence, exam results or future career outcomes.
